Quickly adjust how words are displayed

• Words per block: Controls the number of max words within a block
• Max chars per line: Controls the maximum number of characters allowed per line, automatically adding break lines
• Phuctuation: Control the display of punctuation.

Changes are automatically reflected in the caption list.
